1. How do I order?
- Click the product you wish to buy.
- There you will find a button "Add to cart", click it, you will be directed to next page, where you have to click "Checkout" button. If you want to add more than one item, please click "keep shopping" button.
- Fill in the details in the customer information page with valid email address, First name, last name, and etc. When placing your orders, kindly wait till you get redirected from bank page to Tara Authentic page to get order confirmation and then close the window. The order might not reflect to us, if you close the window before that, but the payment might have gone through.
- Once we receive your order, your product will be dispatched on next working day. Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days.
2.What is the base material of the products?
The base material is copper, brass and high end alloy.
3. Is there any guarantee/warranty for the products?
No, there is no guarantee/warranty. Guaranteed products will cost a lot more.
4. Is this product 1-gram gold?
No, none of our products are 1 gram gold, again 1 gram gold products will cost a lot more.
5. Do you have COD (cash on delivery) option?
No, we don’t.
6. Can I replace or exchange/replace a product?
- Replacement shall be given only if there is any damage to the product purchased
- An (UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST) as a proof for replacement process.
- The same product will be replaced upon stock availability. In the event there is no stock for the product, we shall refund in cash terms.
- No, we don’t exchange products.
7. How many days does it take to deliver the product and do you provide express shipping?
- The delivery process takes 2-5 works days and JnT is our courier partner.
- No, we don’t provide express shipping.
8. Can we cancel the order?
No, once the order has been purchased there is no cancelation.
9. Do you ship to Singapore?
Yes, we do ship to Singapore.
10. Do you ship Worldwide?
At the moment we ship only within Malaysia and Singapore.
11. How do i track my orders?
- If you have an account created with us, the order details will be in your account and also email notification will be sent to you with the purchase details and tracking information.
- If you did a one-time payment as a guest, only email notification will be sent to you with the purchase details and tracking information.
12. Do you have a physical outlet?
No, we do not have a physical store.
13. What are your operating hours?
- Our operating hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday (9.00am -6.00pm)
- Sunday (Public Holiday)
REMARK:
Orders place after 6pm will be process the following day.
14.What are the payment options available?
We support credit card (visa, Mastercard), debit cards and FPX payment.
15.What should I do if I have not received my order within the promised delivery timelines?
