Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a exchange. If you wish to return a product, you should inform us within a day of item received. Any return request should be reported within 24 hours of product receipt with a complete unboxing or unpacking video. Any kind of damage claims will not be honored without

There are certain situations where exchange requests cannot be accepted. 

  • Products with obvious signs of use.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

  • Also note the following : 

  1. Wrong bangle size, since we have a separate listing for each size to avoid any confusion. Extra shipping applicable for such request.

  2. Very rarely, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with fabric glue and will not be exchanged.

  3. We have given almost accurate measurements for every product. If the size of the jewel is not what you expected, we cannot exchange.

  4. If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big, we cannot exchange. 

  5. There might be slight variations in the color tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device. Such request cannot be accepted for exchange.

REFUNDS :

Refund will be given only if the ordered product is not available with us. There is NO REFUND option for any other reason. We would like to let you know that our policies are constructed in a way to experience a smooth and successful purchases with low cost. We are carefully and continuously looking at these policies to keep our buyers satisfied. Since these policies have direct impact on cost of the product, we at TARA AUTHENTIC have designed it the way it is now. We assure you that we have more than 98% of satisfied customer purchases. No matter what your concern is, kindly reach us out and we will provide our best efforts to sort it out. Replacement will be given if the product is damaged by any chance.

 

UNSUCCESSFUL TRANSACTIONS OR REVERSALS

If you haven't received a reversal payment yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your funds is officially posted. EXCHANGES

Once the returned item is received, we would replace  a new and same product item to you.

SHIPPING :
To return your product, you should mail your product to TARA AUTHENTIC ENTERPRISE, NO 9 ,PENGKALAN TIARA 36,TIARA LAKE PARK,31650 IPOH PERAK.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable and reputed shipping service (JNT,POS LAJU ,NINJA VAN  AND ETC ) . We are not responsible for any lost packages if you use non trackable  courier service.
